Workout for every mom and mom-to-be

Fit bump barre - it’s a hybrid prenatal and postnatal workout. Combination of Yoga, Pilates, Barre and Straight training, together with breathing, mobility and meditation. 

Classes will teach you: 

  • How safely work your core true pregnancy and postpartum stage
  • Keep your pelvic floor healthy 
  • Learn how to breath with benefits for your body
