My Story

Welcome to Fit Bump Gym!

Hello, my name is Natalia.

I am a certified personal trainer, yoga and prenatal yoga teacher, specialist in prenatal and postnatal fitness. As a mother of two, I’ve experienced firsthand how recovery can vary from one pregnancy to another. Through my work with thousands of women in person, I’ve learned which movements are most beneficial and safe for each trimester, and how they can support both physical and mental well-being.

Whether you’re pregnant, have just given birth, or are navigating the postpartum period, I’m here to guide you in staying healthy through every stage.
